Nursing Training
There is currently a high demand for medical professionals in Germany. Care providers face the challenge to recruit skilled nursing staff. One of the strategies to face this challenge is the reform of nursing training. This reform provides more flexibility, better job opportunities, and chances for personal development. After two years of general nursing training, students either continue with general nursing training or specialize in geriatric or paediatric care. The new programme is recognized across the EU and gives trained nurses fantastic job opportunities.
